You can easily create your own ESYE account by clicking here to register. Please make sure that your password is at least 6 characters.
Check your login details carefully. Make sure the email address is the same one you used for registration, and the password you eneterd is correct. Please make sure that your web browser accepts cookies.
If you forgot your password, just click the "Forgot your password?" link on “sign in” Page and we will send you an automated email with information on how to reset your password.
Log in to your account. Locate the “Change Password” option on the left corner and click it to reset your password.

Order

Choose item that you like to order, simply select the size, color and quantity needed and then click ‘ADD TO CART’. Once you have your desired items in your Cart, simply click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button. You will then be prompted to either sign in to your account or to create a new account. Next, complete the shipping address, shipping method and payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!
Once your order has been placed, we will process it as soon as possible . That means you are unable to cancel your order after submitting. Please make sure you review your shopping bag again before submitting an order.

We accept the following forms of secure payment:

- Virtual account ( BNI , Permata )

- Mandiri Bill

- GO-PAY

- Bank Transfer

Payment confirmation is required for bank transfers only. Please fill in the payment confirmation form below in the footer under “Payment Confirmation”

Delivery & Tracking

After we ship your order, a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you.


You will be able to track your order under “My Orders” when you log in to your ESYE account or by clicking the link in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to be activated.
Yes. We do ship internationally. 

We are going to send your order as soon as we receive the information.


For domestic orders, estimated shipping time will be as follow:

- Regular: 1-5 working days

- Express: 1-2 days


For international orders. please allow 5-15 working days


*Please note the total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances).

Return & Exchange

Yes you may exchange your purchase only if the items you have received are in the wrong size or have any defects.

Please send an email to [email protected] within 14 days from the shipment date to notify us of your intention to exchange your item. Do note that the item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with the clothing tag intact.

We will not be responsible for any lost packages during the return process, we recommend that you use a trusted courier with a tracking number to safeguard your purchase.

Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds. 

We only accept exchange for your purchase if they are in wrong sizes or have any defects. Please inform us within 14 days after you receive your order if you would like to exchange.
